PHOTOGRAPHS, BOOKS AND CARDS BY DAVID WHITTAKER

David has been a bookseller for many centuries.
Over the last few years he has turned his attention to engaging with the spirit of place via his camera and his pen.
An Irishman living in rural Oxfordshire, he is particularly inspired by the elemental wilderness of west Cornwall where many of these images are to be found.
The pictures are further complemented by his poetry and essays in the series of books FOOTNOTES ON A LANDSCAPE.
